<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To modify the processability of a small-sized longitudinal winding coil for electronic component and to manufacture a small-sized and low-cost inductor using the small-sized longitudinally winding coil for electronic component and a transformer, by a method wherein the point parts of a coil formed by winding longitudinally a flat type conductor wire are mechanically crushed. SOLUTION: First, lead point parts 9 of a coil 1 formed by winding longitudinally a flat type conductor wire is mechanically crushed. As the flat type conductor wire which is used at this time, a copper wire, an aluminium wire and the like, which are insulated with a denatured epoxy acrylic resin composition or the like are used. This longitudinal winding coil 1 is mounted on an E-type ferrite magnetic core 11 and after the coil 1 is placed on a base 14, the whole of the coil 1, the magnetic core 11 and the base 14 is integrally formed by a holder 15. Moreover, the mechanically crushed lead point parts 9 are bent in the direction shown by an arrow 23 along the base 14, are subjected to forming and are used as terminals of an inductor. As a result, the bending processability of terminal parts of the flat type conductor wire is modified, the terminal parts are easy to process and a small-sized element of a restrained height is manufactured.</p> |
