<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To almost specify the gap dimension without enlarging a coil bobbin, by a method wherein a non-magnetic mild wire is made longer than the interinnerwall dimension in the iron core laminated direction of a coil bobbin, while both front ends of the non-magnetic mild wire are abutted against the inner wall of the coil bobbin in immovable state. SOLUTION: A winding is wound up around a coil bobbin 11 to be made into a coil. Next, a non-magnetic mild wire 12 is interposed in a gap part 10 for adjusting the gap dimension. This non-magnetic mild wire 12 is to be made of a lead wire or copper wire, etc. Furthermore, this non-magnetic mild wire 12 is made longer than the interinnerwall dimension t 2 in the iron core laminated layer direction of the coil bobbin 11 to be arranged in the coil bobbin inner wall 11a in immovable state. In details, one front end 12a of the non-magnetic mild wire 12 is abutted against the comer part 11b of the coil bobbin 11, while the other front end 12b is almost abutted against the other comer part 11c on the diagonal position of the comer part 11b.</p> |
