PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely draw out an inner core in an insulated joint, together with a film. SOLUTION: In an inner core joint 1 in which an cylindrical inner core 3 is inserted to facilitate the fitting to a connection part at each end part, a cylindrical releasing paper 4 is attached to a cylindrically-mated outer circumferential part of the inner core 3, a cylindrical film 5 is inserted in the inner corner 3, and a cylindrical film return part in which an insertion end part of the inserted cylindrical film 5 is returned on the releasing paper 4 is provided, and a film return part side of the inner core 3 is inserted in each expanded end part. The opposite side of a bag-shaped film in which the inner core equipped with the releasing paper is inserted, is inserted in the inner core 3, and then cut and manufactured.
