<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select an article corresponding to the situation of a user when the selects it by using an attribute after selection and a time attribute at the time of selecting the evidence recommended to the user. An input analysis part 1 obtains and analyzes input from the user and converts it into information (user intention information) showing the intention of the user. It is evaluated whether an analyzed result obtains an article indication such as the list-up of article candidates and the request of the other article or to. In the case of the request of the article indication, user intention information is transferred to a recommendation article deciding part 4 and the recommended evidence is decided. The recommended article is displayed on a display.
