PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the frequency utilization efficiency of an outgoing channel. SOLUTION: When this mobile equipment is turned into a soft hand-over state, a reception quality monitor 104 measures the reception quality of pilot signals from the respective base stations. A base station specifying means 104 generates base station specifying signals (Bsel) for specifying the base station which transmits the pilot signals of low reception quality. The base station specifying signals are multiplexed with transmission data (r-txd) in a multiplexer 109, the multiplexed signals are diffused in a diffusion circuit and the diffused signals are transmitted through a transmitter 111 and a duplexer 102 to the plural base stations. The base station specified by the base station specifying signals stops the transmission of outgoing signals. |
