FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of sulfonylurea of the formula: A-S(O)<SB>2</SB>-NH-C(O)-NH-Ph(R<SP>2</SP>)(R<SP>3</SP>), where A - 2,3-dihydro-1H-indolyl or IR -indolyl; R is C<SB>1</SB>-C<SB>6</SB>-alkyl; R and R mean independently each of other - H, halogen, C<SB>1</SB>-C<SB>6</SB> - alkyl, trifluoromethyl at condition that only one of substituents R and R can be hydrogen. These derivatives are used in a pharmaceutical composition showing antitumor activity. Compounds are synthesized by interaction of compound Y-Ph(R<SP>2</SP>)(R<SP>3</SP>) with sulfonyl compound of the formula: A-S(O)<SB>2</SB>-X where Y is NH<SB>2</SB> or NCO; X is NCO, NH<SB>2</SB> or NHCOO-R where R is C<SB>1</SB>-C<SB>3</SB>-alkyl at condition that if X means NCO or NHCOO-R then Y is NH<SB>2</SB>; if X is NH<SB>2</SB> then Y is NCO.
