SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of sulfonylurea of the formula: A-S(O)2-NH-C(O)-NH-Ph(R2)(R3), where A - 2,3-dihydro-1H-indolyl or IR -indolyl; R is C1-C6-alkyl; R and R mean independently each of other - H, halogen, C1-C6 - alkyl, trifluoromethyl at condition that only one of substituents R and R can be hydrogen. These derivatives are used in a pharmaceutical composition showing antitumor activity. Compounds are synthesized by interaction of compound Y-Ph(R2)(R3) with sulfonyl compound of the formula: A-S(O)2-X where Y is NH2 or NCO; X is NCO, NH2 or NHCOO-R where R is C1-C3-alkyl at condition that if X means NCO or NHCOO-R then Y is NH2; if X is NH2 then Y is NCO.
