FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of synthesis of 2-(furyl-2)-1,3-oxazolidines of the formula (I) <EMI ID=0.558 HE=36 WI=27 TI=CHI> eliciting growth-stimulating activity. 2-(Furyl-2)-1,3-oxazolidines are synthesized by interaction of substituted aminoalcohols of the formula (II) <EMI ID=0.559 HE=21 WI=30 TI=CHI> where R<SP>1</SP>,R<SP>2</SP>,R - H or C<SB>1</SB>-C<SB>4</SB>-alkyl, for example, 2-amino-2-methylpropane-1-ol with furfurol at mole ratio of reagents = 1:1 at the room temperature in the presence of 10% sulfuric acid as a catalyst taken at amount 10 ml/mole furfurol followed by isolation of synthesized compounds by their precipitation from an aqueous suspension or emulsion.
