PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a document to be seen clearly which is displayed in a browser by a visually handicapped person by specifying the character color to be converted and displaying the character information with the specified character color. SOLUTION: When a user sets a plotting optimum value, the user specifies a plotting optimum value setting button by a mouse 15, and a browser initialization section 18-1 in a program memory 18 displays a plotting optimum value setting window. A plotting optimum value is set by selecting the best set among the samples of the character colors, through which characters are clearly observed, and background colors by the mouse 15. If the window is displayed and the plotting optimum value, which is written in a browser initialization data 17-1 is read, the sample is plotted by the character font size/ font kind, which is set at that time, and is emphatically displayed emphasized when the character color/background color sample which is set, is displayed. |
