PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device in which a center deviation is not generated between an encoder and a motor shaft, by a method wherein a connecting hole is recessed and formed in the encoder and an encoder main shaft which is installed so as to protrude from a braking-gap adjusting plate is fitted to, inserted into, and connected directly to, the connecting hole. SOLUTION: An input shaft 11 which is fitted to, inserted into, and connected directly to, connecting hole 10 which is recessed and formed in a rotary encoder E is installed coaxially with a motor shaft D in a boss part at a braking-gap adjusting plate 4. Then, the input shaft 11 is connected directly to the encoder E by a locking pin 12 in the radial direction. An encoder-mounting leaf spring 13 is attached to an encoder holding plate E' by a bolt B3, and the mounting leaf spring 13 is fixed to a motor case. Thereby, the distance between the encoder E and the motor shaft D is shortened, and the encoder E can be built in a fan cover in which a braking-plate cooling fan is housed. The encodr part E does not protrude form the fan cover, it is hardly subjected to the influence of an external force, and there is no fear that a center deviation due to an external force is generated between the motor shaft D and the encoder E. |
