PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the work burden of a user by providing a document generation means compiling a model document which is taken out and an output means outputting the document generated by the document generation means based on the model document. SOLUTION: A document writing part 26 displays a screen for example type selection by a model document take-out processing part 30. When a prescribed example type is designated, the model document name take-out processing part 30 refers to intra-document information 50 and list-displays the document name of the prepared model document. When the document name of the model document being a processing object is instructed, an information selection processing part 32 takes out information on sender/receiver information corresponding to the model document name selected from intra-document information 50 and informs a document information take-out processing part 36 of it. The document information take-out processing part 36 takes out the selected model document corresponding to a relation between a sender and a receiver, generates the document where respective information are stuck to prescribed positions and displays it as the model document being the processing object. |
