PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a heat radiator to be simplified in structure and shape without deteriorating it in heat dissipating capacity, by a method wherein heat dissipating fins are provided to only the inner surface of a plate at positions corresponding to the mounting area of electric-electronic parts mounted on the outer surface of the plate. SOLUTION: Heat dissipating fins 2 are provided in a bundle to only the inner surface of a metal plate 1 at positions corresponding to the mounting area of electric.electronic parts which are required to be cooled down and mounted on the outer surface of time metal plate 1. The bottom of the metal plate 1 is sealed up with a sealing lid 3, and the sealing lid 3 is provided with a few partition walls 4 which extend in a longer direction to form a few inner ducts where cooling liquid medium is circulated. The cooling liquid medium circulating in the inner ducts 1a is made to flow into a heat radiator passing through an inlet 1b and flow out through an outlet 1c. By this setup, a liquid- cooling heat radiator of this constitution can be kept high enough in heat dissipating capacity and simplified in structure and shape. |
