PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery with high electrolyte retaining capacity and high membrane strength by constituting an electrolyte with a copolymer having a segmentalized polymer chain (a) for keeping membrane strength and a segmentalized polymer chain (b) for retaining a nonaqueous electrolyte in one molecule. SOLUTION: A copolymer is preferable to be a block copolymer or a graft copolymer. At least one of a segmentalized polymer chain (a) and a segmentalized polymer chain (b) is preferable to be a fluorine-containing polymer. A lithium salt capable of dissociating in a polymer gel electrolyte is preferably selected from the group comprising LiPF6 , LuBF4 , LiClO4 , LiAsF6 , LiCF3 O3 , Li(CF3 SO2 )2 N, Li(CF3 SO2 )3 C, and LiSbF6 , and a solvent is preferably selected from the group comprising ethylene carbonate, propylene carbonate, butylene carbonate, dimethyl carbonate, diethyl carbonate, methyl ethyl carbonate, γ- butyrolactone, and a mixture of them. |
