PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for adjusting temperature for easily setting the control parameter or temperature target value of each temperature adjuster 2 with respect to a device equipped with plural temperature adjusters 2 for operating the temperature adjustment of plural stations 4. SOLUTION: In a system 3, a heating/cooling device 6 for heating or cooling and a temperature sensor 5 are arranged in each of plural temperature-adjusting stations 4, whose temperature adjustment should be conducted. In this case, a temperature-adjusting device adjusts the temperature of each temperature- adjusting station 4, and this device is constituted of plural temperature adjusters 2 for controlling the operation of the heating/cooling device 6 of each temperature-adjusting station 4, based on a temperature detection signal obtained from the temperature sensors 5 of each temperature-adjusting station 4, and a programmable display device 1 for operating the setting of a control parameter, the setting of a temperature target value, and the monitoring of temperature change or the like for the temperature-adjusting operation of each temperature adjuster 2. |
