PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection seeding device wherein seed light can be injected by almost entire amount. SOLUTION: Only the light of specified wavelength of seed light generated by a master laser generating device 1 is allowed to pass by a Fabry-Perot etalon 2, and laser light wherein a wavelength close to the specified wavelength is amplified is generated at a slave laser generating device 3. Here, the Fabry- Perot etalon 2 comprises two reflection mirrors 4 and 5 allocated vertical to an optical axis and apposite to each other, and the slave laser generating device 3 comprises two reflection mirrors 5 and 6 allocated, vertical to an optical axis and apposite to each other and the reflection mirror 5 on the side of the slave laser generating device of the Fabry-Perot etalon 2, and the reflection mirror 5 on the side of the Fabry-Perot etalon of the slave laser generating device 3, are integrally constituted. |
