PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deviation from an arranged position within a virtual world by giving centripetal force to a symbol constituting one communication group consisting of plural symbols allowed to speak with each other. SOLUTION: A centripetal force giving program and a repulsive force giving program constituting a symbol management program constitutes a group operation calculating module 312b and a sight line managing program constitutes a sight line control module 311b. A group operation calculating module 312b gives centripetal force to each member (avatar) so that group members take cooperative actions and additionally gives repulsive force and gives operation in the virtual space of the aperture lest the members collide with each other. In addition a sight line control module 311b controls the sight line of its own avatar at the time of receiving a message saying 'look at this' transmitted by another member.
