PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a laminated ceramic compound component having no warping or cracks. SOLUTION: A laminated ceramic compound part 10 has a formed body 21, which can be made by clamping a dielectrics having a low dielectric constant 11 containing a capacitor and a laminated body 18, made of a magnetic ceramics 12 having a coil, which are clamped between insulating ceramics 19, 19 having a dielectric ceramics 11 with a low dielectric constant and a coefficient of shrinkage smaller than that of the magnetic ceramic 12, thereby making a formed body 21. External terminals 22, 22 and a ground terminal 23 are provided on the side surface of the formed body 21. |
