PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like electromagnetic interference suppressor which is possessed of both an unnecessary radiation noise suppressing effect and a displaying function using a conductor as a labeling base, by a method wherein the conductor is arranged on the surface of the sheet-like electromagnetic interference suppressor, and at least one of a letter, a mark, a figure, and a diagram is printed on the surface of the conductor. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic interference suppressor 10 is equipped with a sheet-like composite magnetic material 1 and for instance a 35μm thick copper foil as a conductor 2 provided onto the upside of the composite magnetic material 1, wherein the copper foil is pasted with adhesive agent of the same material with organic binder which forms the composite magnetic material 1. Alphabets 3 and figures 4 are printed on the surface of the conductor 2 of copper foil. The electromagnetic interference suppressor 10 is formed of a soft magnetic powder 6 which is dispersed into an organic binder 5 and kneaded and whose major axis is oriented so as to be laid along the one side of the electromagnetic interference suppressor 10. Iron-aluminum-silicon alloy or iron- nickel alloy high in high-frequency permeability can be used as material for the soft magnetic powder 6.
