PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a device at low cost by gradually operating the opening control of connection with an outflow part, according to the movement of a control slider against the force of a spring by a control edge formed at one range of a piston, thereby simplifying the structure of the value. SOLUTION: This device is provided with two cylindrical guidance or piston ranges 53 and 54 in contact with a slider hole 30, so that the shaft of a control slider 50 can slide tightly. Ring grooves 60 and 61 are arranged in contact with boundary in the guidance range 53, forming a control edge of the both sides. One control edge of the range 53 is made completely beyond an outflow part 26 and an inflow part 25 at the interrupting position of a flow rate adjusting valve, and therefore the range 53 can completely be positioned in front of the inflow part 25 and the outflow part 26. While the inflow part 25 is completely interrupted in this state, the outflow part 26 is partially opened by the other control edge of the range 53 to the ring groove 60. Thus, an outflow hole 33 and a return hole 34 are connected with liquid pressure at the interrupt position of the control slider 50, and a fuel pressure is released to a tank. |
