PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a center, which monitors the location of a PHS communication terminal, to grasp conditions before the operation stop of that terminal by notifying these conditions when the battery voltage of that terminal gets lower than a fixed voltage. SOLUTION: A position information communication terminal 101 automatically transmits information specifying a base station 1-2 under communication and its reception level in every prescribed cycle as position information and when the battery voltage is lowered rather than a reference voltage, information showing a battery voltage drop is added and transmitted. This transmission is performed by an out channel while putting the information into a 'call originating subaddress' and immediately disconnected and speech path setting is not started. Through the base station 1-2 and a network 1-3, a position information converting center 1-4 reports the battery voltage drop of the terminal 1-1 to a terminal position monitor center 1-5. In the case of a roaming aged monitor service or the like, a person in charge of management near the location of that terminal 101 can appropriately perform a job such as battery replacement. |
