PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily support the evaluation, maintenance, and correction of a picture forming device. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a CPU(microcomputer) 101 for operating a series of control related with a picture forming device(PPC) main body 100, a CPU program storing ROM 102 connected through an address bus and a data bus with this CPU 100, a RAM 103 for temporarily saving data for this CPU 100 a non-volatile RAM 104 for storing each kind of adjustment value or service information related with the PPC main body 100, and a controller 106 as an interface circuit constituted of a parallel/serial converting element capable of serial interface with the non-volatile RAM 104 or a peripheral equipment. In this case, each kind of adjustment value or service information or the like is outputted from the non-volatile RAM being a back-up memory through a serial line to an outside terminal equipment(PC) 108, and a copy mode, each kind of adjustment value, or customer information or the like in the memory can be re-written. |
