<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent uneven deformation of individual plate springs from being contact points for female and male terminals and ensure improvements in electrical contact of both terminals by providing a cap having a through-hole for a male terminal, mounted on a housing part of a female terminal, pinching a fixed rib of a contact spring member, and fixing the contact spring member into an insert hole of the female terminal. SOLUTION: A cap 40 is threadedly fitted to a housing part 22c of a female terminal 22, a fixing a rib 33 of a contact spring member 30 housed in a large diameter part 22b is pinched, and a contact spring member 30 is fixed in the large diameter part 22b. Thus, one end side on which the contact spring member 30 (plate spring piece 31) is linked is fixed to an insert hole 22a of the female terminal 22 by the fixing rib 33, making it unnecessary to fit and hold the contact spring member 30 in the insert hole 22a. When a male terminal is inserted, the other end at which individual plate spring pieces 31 of the contact spring member 30 are linked will not abut against a depth end of the insert hole 22a, and these spring pieces 31 can be deformed uniformly.</p> |
