<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the productivity by forming plate-like bodies on both sides of a lower cover-mounting section, and forming a clearance on a side of a lower cover opposite to the side where a harness outlet is formed. SOLUTION: In this electric junction box, plate-like bodies 5A, 5B are formed on both sides of a lower cover mounting section 3 of the main body 1 of a case and a clearance 15 is formed in one side face of a lower cover 11 which is on the opposite side to the harness outlet section 13 formed side so that the plate-like body 5A or 5B may not abut against that section of the lower cover 11. For a left-hand drive vehicle, the lower cover 11 is so mounted on the lower cover mounting section 3 that the one of the plate-like bodies 5A may be engaged with the harness outlet section 13 of the lower cover 11 and the other one 5B may be put into the clearance 15. For a right-hand drive vehicle, on the other hand, the lower cover 11 is reversed right and left and one of the plate-like bodies 5A is put into the clearance 15 of the lower cover 11 and the other plate-like body 5B is engaged with the harness outlet section 13. By this constitution, the main body of a case of the same structure can be used for both a left-wheel and a right-wheel vehicles and thereby the productivity can be increased.</p> |
