<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a general parallel-type memory element, which is low-priced and more than two times rewritable by providing a converting means which converts parallel output data from an external memory element into serial data, being constituted of a digital LSI circuit, etc., which outputs the converted serial data into a programmable integrated circuit. SOLUTION: An external memory element 2 outputs parallel data for configuration, and a digital LSI circuit 3 converts parallel output data for configuration which is outputted from the element 2 into serial data. The circuit 3 outputs the converted serial data to a programmable integrated circuit 1, and an configuration operation of a circuit 1 is performed. Then for the element 2, a general- purpose parallel type memory element is used. As a result of this, the circuit becomes low-priced and more than two times rewritable.</p> |
