The present invention pertains to the food and chemical industry and may be used in the production of therapeutic and prophylactic products and bread, in the production of fuel-water emulsions and fractionated crude oil, for reducing fuel consumption as well as the time for discharging domestic fuel, in the recycling process of petroleum products residue as well as in domestic applications. The particles produced by abrasion when the vanes (7) and the drum (2) are brought together are fed into the channel of a ring (4) where they are submitted to a shock action, wherein the material to be processed may consist of cut pieces, vegetables or fractions of petroleum products. The pulping is carried out simultaneously with the calibration and homogenisation by mixing the starting products which are fed through additional inlets. The products are dissolved, chemically reacted in the presence of catalysts, disintegrated, emulsified and suspended. The method of this invention is be used, after processing, for mechanically breaking down the particle structure such as the fibrous structure of food products which are further converted in a large proportion into dietetic fibres. |
