PURPOSE:To let every operator that uses an image forming device easily confirm the date of visit for service by providing a means for displaying the data when a serviceman visits for purposes of maintenance service for the image forming device. CONSTITUTION:Next date of the visit for service is set to each of the copying machines A1-A5 is set based on maintenance data MD transferred from the copying machines A1-A5 in a control device 227. By transmitting service visit data SD consisting of the date of the visit for service and a display command signal to the corresponding copying machines A1-A5, the date when the serviceman visits for purposes of the maintenance for the image forming devices A1-A is displayed by a display means 117. Thus, every operator can easily confirm the date of the visit for service and he(she) can use the image forming device at ease. |
