<p>PURPOSE:To provide a tiltable bed whose backrest board can be tilted up with less thrust force. CONSTITUTION:A tiltable bed is provided with a backrest board 5 which is swingable and tiltable with its one end as a center, a push arm 36 which is pivoted on a bed frame with its base end as a fulcrum and has a roller 38 at the front end to push up the rear face of the backrest board 5 and make it swing and tilt up, a horizontal rotatable screw shaft 32, a driving motor 25 which drives the screw shaft 32, a nut member 33 which is screwed on the screw shaft 32, and a connecting link 34 which connects the nut member 33 and the push arm 36.</p> |
