PURPOSE:To provide a magnetization jig of a long life cylindrical magnet which has enhanced durability against friction with a work. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of wiring grooves 2 in an axial direction are formed on a cylinder surface for magnetization at the external circumference of a cylindrical yoke 1, a covered lead wire 3 for applying an excitation current is wired in such a manner as being housed within the wiring grooves 2 and the folding portions of these lead wires 2 are wired in the circumferencial direction at the end surface of the yoke 1. A metallic protection frame 6 having the cylinder surface in almost the same diameter as the cylinder surface for magnetization is coaxially provided at the end surface of the yoke 1 in the structure as not interfering the lead wire 3 and the wiring portion in the circumferencial direction of the lead wire 2 in the side of internal circumference of the protection frame 6 is molded by resin. |
