PURPOSE:To safely and rapidly perform the replacing work of a post-cure inflator ring by interposing left and right lock mechanisms opening and closing pawls between the slots of middle plates and the upper leading end parts of the pawls. CONSTITUTION:Unloaders 1, ring-shaped parts 2a, upper plates 2b, rods 15, middle plates 17, lower plates 7, lock mechanisms 14 in a stretched state and pawls 10 are lowered toward the receiving stands 14 of a tire vulcanizing machine to bring the upper end parts of the pawls 10 into contact with a post- cure inflator ring 6. Subsequently, the lock mechanisms 14 are contracted by the falling of the parts excepting the lock mechanisms 14 and the pawls 10 to rotate the pawls 10 to a closing position and upper and lower post-cure inflator rings 5, 6 are grasped by the lock mechanisms 14 and the respective parts are raised to feed out the upper and lower post-cure inflator rings 5, 6 from the receiving stands 4 of the tire vulcanizing machine. |
