PURPOSE:To provide a multilayer lead frame capable of ensuring stable arrangement of inner leads even in a lead frame, in which the front ends of the inner leads can be punched easily after a power supply layer is stuck and which has power layer-shaped hyperfine pins. CONSTITUTION:In a composite lead frame, a power supply layer 30 with a ring-shaped plane section 30b, connecting sections 30c extended from a plurality of positions in the internal end section of the plane section 30b, a flat section 30d continuously connected inside the terminals of the connecting sections 30c and projecting sections 30a being extended to the outside from a plurality of positions on the outside of the ring-shaped plane section and for connecting power supplies are provided wherein inner leads 1 with connecting sections for fixing the front ends of the inner leads 1 are fastened through an insulating layer 12, and the connecting sections for fixing the front ends are cut off. |
