PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for analyzing an electrophoresis in a simple work using a multi-capillary system and a sample vessel used in the same. SOLUTION: A plurality of samples are held at a sample tray 100. A part of the sample tray is formed of a conductive material. While one end of a capillary 20 is inserted in the sample in the sample tray 100, a high voltage is impressed between the sample tray 100 and a coupler 26 from a high voltage power source 30, whereby the sample is introduced to the capillary 20.
