<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a monochronal antibody for clinical diagnoses and medical treatment in vivo and in vitro, by forming the monochronal antibody of a monochronal antibody originated from a non antigen animal. SOLUTION: In an immunoassay wherein the presence of an antigen formed when brought in touch with an antibody is detected, an improvement point of the immunoassay is that the antibody used is an antibody originated from a non antigen animal. A method utilizing a monochronal antibody or polychronal antibody originated from an axenic animal can also be attained. Moreover, monochronal antibody specific to fibrin and a method utilizing the monochronal antibody are realized. A most general axenic animal is mice, pigs, rats, rabbits, guinea pigs, goats, sheep, primates and domestic fowls. Mice, particularly, Balb/c mice are preferable.</p> |
