PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change setting easily when a continuously variable transmission is mounted on a vehicle with an ABS, and is assembled with various kinds of engine and a car body. SOLUTION: Control is carried out according to a target value from a driving shaft torque command device 40 while an ABS is operated by an ABS control device 20 for controlling a brake device so as to suppress locking of driving wheels l when a slip ratio of the driving wheels 1 exceeds a prescribed value, a driving shaft torque command device 40 for outputting commands toward an engine control device 11 and a transmission gear control device 36 while calculating a target output of an engine and the target speed transmission gear ratio of a continuously variable transmission 30 so as to set driving force transmitted to the driving wheels 1 to a prescribed value while the ABS control device 20 is operated, the engine control device 11, and the transmission gear control device 36.
