<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely accomplish vacuum sealing with ease by flattening the tip of a mounting part in an evacuating-vacuum sealing pipe installed on a metallic vacuum heat insulation structure. SOLUTION: A left outside wall 1 and a right outside wall 2 forming a vacuum part 3 are separated from each other by a distance of about 3-10 mm. In installation of an evacuating-vacuum sealing pipe 4 with a diameter of about 5-10 mm between the left outside wall 1 and the right outside wall 2, the tip of the pipe 4 is flattened for easy installation. Into a gap part formed inside the pipe 4 when the tip of the pipe 4 is flattened, a slot plate 5 is inserted, and brazing filler material 6 is put between the slot plate 5 and the pipe 4. Then the brazing filler material 6 is heated so as to be melted by means of high frequency heating from the outside of the pipe 4 after vacuum evacuation, and as a result, welding between the slot plate 5 and the pipe is carried out and vacuum sealing is accomplished. In this way, installation in a narrow vacuum part can be performed, and vacuum sealing can be surely accomplished with ease by using a gap inside the pipe.</p> |
