PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar absorption plate which contributes to the reduction of the cost and weight of a solar collector and is capable of effectively utilizing the sunlight without allowing the internally accumulated heat to escape outside. SOLUTION: An anodically oxidized film 3 having fine ruggedness is formed on the surface of Al or Al alloy 2 and further the surface of this anodically oxidized film 3 is provided with a transparent org. resin 4. The thickness of the anodically oxidized film 3 is 0.5 to 45μm and more particularly the transparent org. resin 4 is an acrylic resin. The Al alloy 2 contains 0.3 to 4.3 wt.% Mn and the balance Al with inevitable impurities.
