PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of stably carrying out a corona discharge treatment of a substrate such as the substrate having a high electroconductivity, a foam, the substrate having uneven surface and a fluororesin, to which a conventional corona discharge treatment method is hardly applied, at a high speed. SOLUTION: This method for corona discharge treatment comprises causing corona discharge by a high voltage pulse electric field having <=100μs voltage rising time, 1-1000μs pulse duration, 1-100 kHz frequency, and 1-100 kV/cm average electric field strength. |
