PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-gloss thermoplastic resin molding which possesses excellent impact resistance. SOLUTION: This low-gloss thermoplastic resin compsn. comprises, based on 100 pts.wt. resin compsn, a mixture of 55 to 98.5 pts.wt. rubber-modified thermoplastic resin (a) comprising a discontinuous phase of an elastomer dispersed in a continuous phase of a hard thermoplastic resin with at least part of the hard thermoplastic resin phase being chemically grafted onto the elastomer phase, 0.5 to 15 pts.wt. hard gel copolymer (b), 0.5 to 15 pts.wt. epihalohydrin polymer (c), and 0.5 to 15 pts.wt. (meth)acrylate polymer (d). |
