PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix an optical element such as a prism without causing the peeling of bonding and to easily execute the adjustment of an optical axis by bonding a holding member holding the optical element and the optical element with elastic adhesive which becomes elastic after hardening. SOLUTION: In this optical equipment provided with the erect prism 1 called a porro II type functioning as the optical element and the holding member 2 made of a steel sheet and holding the prism 1; the member 2 and the prism 1 are bonded with the elastic adhesive which becomes elastic after the hardening. For example, Cemedine (R) super X No.8008 (produced by Cemedine, Inc.) being the elastic adhesive whose base is special silicone modified polymer is used as the elastic adhesive, and general BAK4 glass is used as the material of the prism. It is the most desirable to use steel material which can be easily produced by press working, whose strength is high and whose thermal expansion coefficient is more approximate to that of glass than aluminum alloy and copper alloy as the material of the member 2. |
