PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable providing information useful for diving to a user as a printed matter by printing a map showing a guidance route, an enlarged view of intersection on the guidance route, and information for specifying intersections. SOLUTION: This method not only prints a map but also outputs by printing an enlarged view of the intersections on guidance routes contained in a printed map, and information for specifying the intersections, e.g. distances from a starting position, passing, positions an one intersection frontward or an one intersection rearward (detail information). For example, the map of a plurality of intersections along a guidance route, the enlarged view of intersections, and the detail information are printed. By executing driving while following in order the printed map, the enlarged view of intersections and the detail information, the driving along the guidance route is facilitated. Before a vehicle actually reaches an intersection, a user can confirm the information around the intersection, so that a safer driving is made possible. |
