SOLUTION: Holes 30 for dripping cleaning liquid are formed on the lower surface plate 3 of a hood 1, an attaching cylinder form body 31 protruding downward is arranged to the peripheral of the holes 30 and screw parts are formed to the cylinder form body 33. The opening part of the cleaning liquid tank 21 is formed cylindrical to fit the cylinder body 33 and tightening or loosening the cylinder form part with the cylinder body 33 formed with a screw part, the cleaning liquid tank 21 can be attached to or removed from the hood 1. |
