PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and constantly receive a leakage light from an optical fiber by providing a housing including a columnar bending imparting means bending the optical fiber at end parts and a light receiving means provided with the light receiving plane arranged on the extension of the axis line direction of the bending imparting means. SOLUTION: Optical fiber penetrating holes 12 for penetrating an optical fiber extending over a half circumference are provided in a housing 13. Supporting bar moving and penetrating holes 11 have lengths equivalent to operation lengths in a longitudinal direction so that a supporting bar 7 can move up and down. A plunger 2 imparts a bending on the optical fiber inserted into the housing 13 with the optical fiber penetrating holes 12. Then, the supporting bar 7 penetrated through a through-hole 2a is integrated with the housing 13 so as to become to be freely movable in the supporting bar moving and penetrating holes 11 of the housing 13. A light receiving part 4 is arranged by being made to coincide with the center axis line of the plunger 2 and receives the optical signal leaked from the bent optical fiber to detect it and it generates an electric signal corresponding to the detected result.
