PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of defects due to air bubbles by forming a space to release an atmospheric gas in the downstream side of the laminating direction of a dry film and then laminating a dry film thereon. SOLUTION: A recessed edge 30 is formed by the difference of the position of groups of repeating patterns each group comprising color layers 1 to 3 in the upstream side along the adhering direction. If a space 31 is not formed between among the pattern groups, a bag-like part with an open end to the upstream side along the adhering direction of a dry film is formed by the recessed edge 30 in the color filter part which is preliminarily formed, the substrate surface, and a dry film stuck to the substrate to form the succeeding color layer 4. Therefore, in this case, a space 31 of about 2 μm width is formed between a red color layer 1 and a blue color layer 3 so as to provide the bag- like part with a space connecting to the outside and to release air to the downstream side along the adhering direction of the dry film. Then a dry film of 1.5 μm thickness with dispersion of a black pigment is tightly adhered by laminating method. |
