<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray image pickup device which can obtain two-dimensional images having high positional accuracy with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: An X-ray image pickup device is constituted so that the device may obtain two-dimensional images having high positional accuracy without using any high-accuracy distance measuring instrument, by using an encoder 5 having a small size and a simple structure for the measurement of the moving distance of a one-dimensional X-ray detector array 2 at scanning time, and correcting the outputting time interval of the encoder 5 and each channel output of the array 2 by using the corrected output time interval of the encoder 5 and detected value of the quantity of X rays which are not transmitted through an object T.</p> |
