<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fiber, excellent in weatherability and fouling resistance, antimicrobial and antifungal properties and useful as a sheet, a curtain, a filter or the like by coating the fiber surface with a coating film containing inorganic fine particles having a photocatalytic ability and a polyorganosiloxane. SOLUTION: This fiber is obtained by coating the fiber surface of a synthetic fiber woven fabric, an aluminum fiber, a glass fiber woven fabric, a cotton woven fabric, a woodfree paper or the like with a coating film containing (A) inorganic fine particles, having a photocatalytic ability and capable of hydrophilizing the coating film surface by weak light such as TiO2 or ZnO and (B) a polyorganosiloxane.</p> |
