PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vinyl chloride-based resin composition excellent in adhesiveness to other materials in spite of plasticizer contained in it and excellent in heat stability. SOLUTION: This vinyl chloride resin composition is obtained by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride-based resin with (B) a plasticizer, (C) 0.01-10 pts.wt. over-based alkali earth metal carboxylate phenolate complex, (D) 0.01-10 pts.wt. over-based organic carboxylic acid zinc salt and (E) 0.01-5 pts.wt.β-diketone compound or its metal salt. The use of vinyl chloride-based resin composition is a material suitable for marking films, masking films, sheets, hoses, footwear or the like.
