PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley unit which can maintain an excellent lubricating characteristic over a long period. SOLUTION: A rolling body 4 and an engaging piece 5 are incorporated between an inner ring 1 installed on a rotary shaft of an alternator and an outer ring 3 installed on an inside diameter surface of a pulley 2. Seals 6a and 6b are incorporated between both ends of the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 3. A front cover 8 is installed in one end part of an inside diameter surface of the outer ring 3, and the seal 6a is protected, and the degradation of the seals by sticking of rainwater and muddy water is prevented, and a lubricating characteristic is maintained. |
