PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition not only having extremely superior solubility in water but also hardly causing irritating odor, further hardly causing plugging by the insufficiency of solubility, sufficiently manifesting activities for removing soil in a drainpipe, and suitable for cleaning the drainpipe. SOLUTION: This drainpipe-cleaning agent composition comprising sodium percarbonate, an alkaline agent, and preferably a peroxy acid precursor system and/or a metal complex or a heteropolyacid is obtained by using the sodium percarbonate having a time of <=30 sec required for dissolving 90% thereof under sterring 250 rpm with a flag type mixing paddle when 50 g sodium percarbonate is added to 450 mL pure water at a temperature of 20 deg.C. |
