PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fender having an excellent buffer efficiency and capable of being easily manufactured as well as manufacturing thereof. SOLUTION: A fender 10 is formed of polymer blend containing 50:50-80:20 wt.% of high unsaturation diene rubber and crystalline polyolefin resin, and polymer blend is dynamically vulcanized. The fender 10 dynamically vulcanizes polymer blend containing high unsaturation diene rubber and crystalline polyolefin resin at a ration mentioned above, and then, a metallic mold 24 is filled with vulcanized product, and it is obtained by demolding after the cooling. |
