PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a UV-curing compsn. and a UV-curing adhesive sheet with which a fine pattern can be easily formed without a wet treating process, and to provide a forming method of a patterned hardened resin layer by using the sheet. SOLUTION: The UV-curing resin compsn. contains (a) an acrylate polymer which shows adhesive and sticky property, (b) a photosetting compd. selected from photopolymerizable monomers having two or more acryloyl groups, photopolymerizable oligomers having two or more acryloyl groups, photopolymerizable unsatd. polyester oligomers and photopolymerizable oligomers having two or more epoxy groups, and (c) a photoreaction initiator. This compsn. has -80 to 150 deg.C glass transition temp. and shows adhesive property at a temp. in 20 to 180 deg.C range. The UV-curing resin compsn. is applied to form a layer on a supporting body to obtain a UV-curing adhesive sheet. After the obtd. adhesive sheet is adhered to the objective body and exposed to UV rays, the supporting body is peeled to form a patterned hardened resin layer on the objective body. |
