摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated coal gasification combined cycle power plant and an operation method that can prevent the reverse flow of fuel gas into a coal gasification fuel flow passage during the operation using liquid fuel, stabilize the operation of a gas turbine, and prolong the service life of a combustion equipment by thus eliminating the cause of damage to a fuel nozzle. SOLUTION: In an integrated coal gasification combined cycle power plant which is provided with a combustor 35, which can selectively combust coal gasification fuel (c) made of coal gasificated and liquid fuel (a) atominized by atominizing air (b) and supply the combustion gas generated by this combustor 35 to a gas turbine and drives an electric generator by the power of the gas turbine, a fuel nozzle 65 for jetting fuel to the combustor 35 is provided with a liquid fuel flow passage 72, air flow passage 73 for atomization and coal gasification fuel flow passage 74, which are arranged side by side. In addition, a branch outlet 81 is provided in the outlet section of the air flow passage 73 for atomization to jet atominizing air (b) toward the outlet section of the coal gasification fuel flow passage 74.
