The trolley has insulating panels which are hermetically sealed by a cover (5d) or by an isothermal casing (5a) on the panel below it. A tongue connector (17,17) extends across a horizontal groove (7) in one (6) of the vertical walls of the panel. There is an evaporator with a cold fluid reservoir of which the condenser is mounted in the cold reservoir (9a,b). The reservoir has controls (22,32) for the circulation of the cooling fluid.
